Darling River Winery
Situated in New South Wales, in the south-east of Australia, covering an area twice the size of France, this is the region where the climate is the most northerly, almost subtropical, with burning summers and very humid autumns. The extreme summer conditions make irrigation indispensable for the vines. Despite this, the region is the second-largest vine-growing area in Australia and the largest in New South Wales.
